Team Kirari Cosplay is an award-winning cosplay duo made up of two best friends, Kira and Ari. Ari is the textile specialist for the team, and loves working with different fabric-based techniques such as dye, embroidery, and patternmaking. She also enjoys working with technology, and frequently utilizes digital embroidery and 3D printing. Kira is the fabrication specialist of the team, and enjoys creating large props and armor using a variety of materials including foam, Worbla, Thibra, and more! Together they have won many awards including Best in Show at AX 2022, World Cosplay Summit Team USA 2024, and most recently, Best Stage Choreography at ALA 2025.
